Adrian Brudan, Organizational Performance Solutions Manager and Editor of www.IndicatoridePerformanta.ro

Professional and educational background have facilitated to Adrian the acquisition of various capabilities in management consulting.

Adrian has a valuable educational background:

- Master in International Affairs and Law, Aarhus School of Business (ASB), University of Aarhus, Denmark
- Certification in Advanced Management Techniques, European Summer School in Advanced Management (ESSAM), International MBA Program, Aarhus, Denmark
- Master in Management and European Integration, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, University of West, Timisoara
- BA in International Economic Relations, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, University of West, Timisoara

Interested in academic research, Adrian has acquired during and after postgraduate studies in-depth knowledge in performance management and maturity models. The research topics he has approached analyze the use of maturity models in performance management, his research results providing a solid starting point in the study and standardization of a Maturity Model of Managing Performance in organizations.

As a consultant, Adrian holds a valuable experience both in performance management and project management. His experience and knowledge vary from implementation and use of performance management systems such as Balanced Scorecard, to documentation and selection of performance indicators and developing Dashboards and Scorecards, customized instruments for the various industries and functional areas from organizations.

Today, after attending a training and a specialization course in Australia, at eab group, the international partner of Acumen Integrat, Adrian coordinates the transfer of know-how to Acumen Integrat and the implementation of IndicatoridePerformanta.ro project.

 

Gabriela Grosu, Marketing and Communication Coordinator

Gabriela has an interdisciplinary academic experience, linking theoretical knowledge with her interests in online marketing, advertising and brand communication. Notions about marketing, media and brands were developed in activities outside the academic sphere where Gabriela has acquired capabilities in marketing and communication. 

She proved her skills by participating in advertising festivals winning relevant awards, following internships and practical activities within companies and specific marketing and advertising agencies, working in communication campaigns for NGOs and participating in conferences related to marketing.

With a focus on internet marketing and brand positioning, Gabriela’s experience in marketing and communication tools enables her to understand social media, web marketing, public relations, research and branding.

 

Valeriu Pernes, Online Marketing Strategist

Valeriu has acquired various skills as a bachelor in Communication and Public Relations, performing his studies at the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences within „Babes-Bolyai” University from Cluj-Napoca. Currently, he is attending the courses of the Masters in Advertising at the same faculty.

During his years of study, Valeriu participated to various international contests and festivals. He won several awards at Communication Olympics, Junior PR Awards and Student Advertising Festival in Cluj-Napoca. Valeriu supplemented his theoretical knowledge by testing offline and online the models discussed in the academic environment. A good example in this respect is represented by his bachelor thesis in which he focused on social media seen from multiple perspectives and experimented the existing communicational models.

He created brand identities and communication campaigns for entities coming from various fields (NGOs, consulting, art, alimentary industry, European projects). Moreover, Valeriu managed the IT segment of these entities, improving the organizational performance.


Andreea Muntean, Translator and Editor

Andreea’s knowledge is very vast, thanks to both her theoretical studies and practical experience. She has a Bachelor Degree in Communication and Public Relations, awarded by the Faculty of Political, Administration and Communication Sciences, part of Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca. Andreea also received prizes during her participations in Advertising Festivals and has spent several months working in a well-known PR company, developing projects alongside professionals.

Her studies are extended by a European Master’s Degree in Translation and Terminology. During her studies, she gained experience regarding not only translations in domains such as Law, IT, Economics and Literature, but also concerning Subtitling and Editing of technical texts.

She was a first-row participant in the European Technical Translation Project TRADUTECH, in collaboration with University of Rennes 2 – Haute Bretagne, France, where her skills and competences were highly appreciated. Currently, she is also a volunteer translator for the news website Watching America.com and is part of a global team of future translation professionals.

 

The team is supported by a national network of associates and an international network of mentors and partners.

Aurel Brudan, Performance Architect, eab group, Australia

Aurel Brudan is an international expert in Performance Management and a leading representative of a new generation of researchers and consultants that are reshaping the discipline. What sets Aurel apart is a unique combination of experience, education, innovation and passion for performance architecture.

For the last 10 years, Aurel worked in Europe, USA and Australia, specializing in organizational performance management in industries such as financial services, real estate, operations, services, as well as the federal, state government and non-profit sectors. Aurel also has extensive experience in Procurement and Project Management, at both project delivery and PMO operations levels. As consultant he conducted numerous performance management systems implementations using solutions such as the Balanced Scorecard, operational dashboards and functional performance scorecards. Among the most important clients are: Australia Post, National Australian Bank, the Australian Federal Administration and the Victorian Government.

Aurel’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Economics / Marketing and a Graduate Certificate in Commercialisation at Melbourne Business School (in progress). Aurel is also in the final stages of his PhD. candidature at the University of Melbourne, researching Integrated Performance Management Frameworks. His certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF 9) and Project Management (PRINCE 2 Practitioner) complement his extensive performance management acumen.

Aurel has published a number of forward thinking academic articles on performance management topics and has presented at both academic and practitioner conferences at international level.

As an educator, Aurel accumulated hundreds of hours of experience in a variety of settings, from open and in-house training delivery, to tutoring management for the University of Melbourne.

Aurel is a member of the Academy of Management, the Australian New Zealand Academy of Management, the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Marketing Institute.

 

Cristina Bleoca, Purchasing Manager, Heinrig Impex

Cristina Bleoca is a Romanian specialist in purchasing and supply chain management field with over 8 year experience of managerial experience in supplying and purchasing area in automotive and FMCG companies.

Cristina coordinated the management of various departments that were at different maturity levels, starting with the foundation of the purchasing departments and continuing with the management of fast growing periods. Her practical experience includes formulating and implementing strategies for the development of the management activity of the suppliers, the optimization of logistics activity, material flow and stock management. Internships in German companies, cooperation with international teams, participation to training courses in Romania and abroad stand for a wide and diversified vision on the topics approached during the training.

Cristina graduated both the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of European Studies from “Babes-Bolyai ” University in Cluj-Napoca. Her studies were supplemented by internships in industrial and services provider companies in Germany such as Kuka Schweissanlagen GmbH and IBM Global Services GmbH.

Her professional experience includes coordinating roles of the Purchasing- Logistics Department from companies such as Eckerle Romania, Tchibo Brands and Heinrig Impex.

 

Sorina Mone, Marketing Expert, Jpard

Sorina has a relevant professional experience and a high academic interest in management and marketing. Her previous work as a consultant in structural funds has facilitated the achievement of project management skills, by coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with organizations in various sectors (SMEs, NGOs, local public administrations, universities).

Implementing and monitoring projects have involved managing performance at a project level by using performance indicators to periodically assess progress and project success, by quantifying results and impact on the project beneficiaries and target groups.

Sorina has also proved her abilities in the academic research activities within Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca (Bachelor of Science Diploma in Management, continued with a Master in Project Management and, in progress, PhD in Marketing). Her efforts materialized in papers published in academic journals and participations to international conferences.

Sorina’s direct contact and work with organizations from various industries has facilitated her acquaintance with how they work and how they are managed, in various contexts: as researcher and external consultant.
