• Customized solutions - developing and implementing processes, tools and performance management systems in organizations, based on methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard 
• Trainings - delivering performance management training to improve performance and develop internal skills in related processes and performance management systems, from the selection of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to the Balanced Scorecard implementations
